How many people can the gaming theater accommodate?

Our gaming theater is equipped with eight high-definition screens with SmartTV functionality in the inside and two high-definition screens with shadow boxes on the outside to accommodate up to 20 players at one time.

Are food and beverages allowed inside the theater?

Due to our high-quality theater, our commitment to the cleanest and most prestigious game theater in our industry, we do not allow any food or beverages inside.

What is ACE Express Gaming inclement weather policy?

 Since our game theater is fully enclosed, insulated, and climate-controlled environment, rain is never an issue and we will still show up for your event.  If weather prevents us from traveling, we'll work together to reschedule or refund your deposit.

What games are available?

We carry a fairly comprehensive selection of the latest and most popular games ranging from "E" to "M" ratings.  If you like the PS4 and PS5 systems, you won't be disappointed.  Check out our Available Game List on our Locations Page.  You are welcome to bring in any of your games from home if we do not have a particular game listed the gamer enjoys.  Video games in general, especially with ACE Express Gaming, are meant to be a social gaming experience, so most of our games are multi-player.  Some games can be linked together for a more competitive and social gaming experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but if you have a cancellation, you will still be able to use your deposit to book for a future ACE Express Gaming event within a year from date of cancelled event.

What areas does ACE Express Gaming cover?

We cover the Central Georgia area with the prescribed flat rate.  However, distance outside of a 40-mile radius of Perry, GA, may require a travel / fuel surcharge fee.  Please give us a call at (478) 287-0649 for additional information.

Will ACE Express Gaming theater fit at my event's location?

We require at least 60 feet of fairly level space for parking, plus additional room to pull in and out.  We usually fit in nicely in front of homes, but it is always good to check with your neighbors to give us a little extra room and clearance.  Although our drivers are skilled, we prefer to pull straight into the allotted space, parallel parking a trailer is just not realistic.  If your street is narrow and / or we will not have the room to turn around, please make us aware of this in advance.

Who will supervise gamers during your event?

While parents or others are always welcome to observe or participate in the gaming experience, it is normally not necessary.  However, we do ask that at least one adult / host be present to help supervise younger children.  ACE Express Gaming will provide a highly trained Game Host who will run the event for you.

Is there an age limit for gamers to participate?

While people can start gaming at a very young age, we ask that our gamers be able to take direction from our Game Host.  We will host a party for six years old as long as there is a parent or responsible adult inside or directly outside of the game theater during the event.  Otherwise, we recommend events for kids seven years old and up.

Can I book additional hours on the day of the event?

Additional hours may be booked for the day of the event if we do not have another scheduled event.  It is always best to book additional hours before the event to ensure enough playing time.

​

Where can the game truck and theater be set up?

We are self-contained, so we can set up anywhere there is level parking -  your home, public parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc.
